First off two whopper glasses of water and a milky coffee!
Breakfast was two boilled eggs, boring I know but surprisingly satisfying and filling.
Lunch rocked around at about 2 ish. I was starving and so busy so just pushed stuff to one side and ate my lunch at an indegestion inducing pace.
Big bowl of chilli soup, an apple and some hot water.
After work I made it to the gym, wohoo! It was just what I needed after a super hectic day. I got home about 9.15, needless to I wasn't about to start preparing/cooking at that time so I had more chilli this time with some noodle, a light hot chocolate drink and a mini bar of chocolate (unphotographed)
Wow that's a blurry picture, obviously was just too egear to get it into my face. :P
And that's it then I just crashed out on the couch!
